Ex Kempenaar purchased by current owners in 2006 and then shortened and rebuilt in two years to living vessel. Outside a fantastic deck with crane for placing a car or using an outdoor living space. Last slipway is from February 2024. The certificate has been extended again after the slipway until March 9, 2031 for inland waters excluding German Rhine. The ship was completely painted from head to toe in the spring of 2024. The ship is technically very complete and installed according to barge standards. Very suitable for living on board due to good insulation with rock wool and vapor barrier and HR++ glass everywhere. Because of the spacious 3 cabins very suitable for Bed & Breakfast. Easy anchoring through the two spud poles. Dinghy and car easy to hoist on and off the ship by the presence of 2 car cranes. Map ship to see in the attachment.
