In addition to the sought-after Nordic 36 ECO 23 and the slightly larger, popular Nordic 40 ECO 36, the Nordic 43 ECO 45 is the next size up in the ECO series that Nordic is currently marketing. The Nordic 43 ECO 37 is significantly more spacious than the Nordic 40 for a modest additional cost. The drawing (SEE PDF) is an example of a layout that can be selected. However, adjustments can still be made to suit your preferences.
The photos show a Nordic of the same dimensions that was built for a project. The design of the Nordic 43 ECO 37 will be similar in appearance to the other ECO Nordic houseboats. You can view the photos in the listings for the Nordic 40 ECO 23 to get a better idea.

The price is for the base model, which features sturdy aluminum-framed insulated windows and lifting points for easy transport of the boats. See below under “Specifications.” The base model can be upgraded with a wide range of optional features. Since 2023, Nordic has been offering various cruising packages, ranging from 2-day offshore trips to 6- to 8-day self-sufficient cruises. All in collaboration with Victron.
Electric boating is also an option.
Nordic Season is a Finnish designcreated by two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of experience in shipbuilding, combined with technology and expertise in house construction.
The houseboats are built to Finnish standards . They are sturdy, solid, sail well, and can withstand harsh winters. The floats are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a notch on the underside to provide better grip on the water while sailing. The frame is constructed of aluminum, making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The side rails (optional) make sailing much safer than standard houseboats of this size.
Thanks to the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness you won’t find anywhere else.
Also available with an electric propulsion system and self-sufficient.
CE - Category C certification is also available.
Sustainability and environmentally friendly production are top priorities in the construction process. The houseboats are manufactured from sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood—a non-toxic natural product that, thanks in part to water-based preservatives, has an exceptionally long lifespan and comes with a long warranty. All materials used are recyclable. You can choose between ECO and EVO. The ECO living module features a wooden structure with a wooden deck, while the EVO features a GFC composite structure with a WPC deck for a small additional cost.
Nordic Season’s houseboats are designed to meet a client’s basic needs and come with an optional sauna or storage space. They also feature a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a very luxurious and beautifully finished bathroom. The boat’s layout can be customized to the customer’s preferences.
The boats are available in various sizes, with or without a sauna, and with many additional options. If you do not opt for a sauna, a large bedroom can be created adjacent to the living room. See several layouts in the PDF attachment.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Starting in mid-2025, the Nordic houseboats will have more interior space thanks to a higher ceiling—20 cm more headroom.

The walls are insulated to a thickness of 122 mm, the floor to 102 mm, and the roof to 80 mm
Since 2023, the standard model has featured a sturdy aluminum frame with insulated windows, double-paned and security-tinted glass. Sliding at the front near the patio. The beautiful round wooden windows are handmade with pure craftsmanship and can be made to open upon request (optional). The bathroom window opens as standard.
This price for the standard model also includes:

Kitchen equipment: kitchen set, base cabinets, wall cabinets, countertop, black sink and mixer faucet, two-burner gas stove, 230V range hood, 230V refrigerator.
Water supply system: 200-liter tank, level gauge, water level indicator, hoses, air vent, water cover plate, 24 V water pump with expansion tank, and standard capability to connect the boat to the shore power supply if available at the marina.
Wastewater system: 240-liter wastewater tank, wastewater level gauge, vacuum drainage system, hoses, installation/mounting hardware.
Steering console (in the living module) with a hydraulic steering system, plastic steering wheel, electrical switch panel with identification labels for navigation lights, a compass, a 12-volt cigarette lighter outlet, USB port, a fuse box with a DIN rail, and a standard rearview monitor system with camera.
Available at an additional cost as a fiberglass steering console for outdoor installation.

The room has a two-seater convertible sofa bed in the same room as the kitchen and then two bedrooms of different sizes with a double bed of 140 x 200 in each room. The sauna has a separate entrance from the outside.

Ask about the options. Nordic offers (battery) packages with and without solar panels, allowing you to sail completely self-sufficiently for 1 to 8 days, depending on the weather.
