This vessel combines the comfort of a houseboat with the elegance of a yacht. A major advantage of this is that this residential yacht will be welcome at any marina, even those that do not allow houseboats.
Maximum living space has been created within the key dimensions of 14.99 x 5 meters and a clearance height of 3.4 meters.
All of this living space is at least 220 cm high and, thanks to the abundance of glass, wonderfully bright—even the entryway, bathroom, and toilet. Truly, it feels just like home.
The salon features glass all around, and thanks to the doors on both sides, it offers plenty of views of the water.
The sunken, full-size kitchen has a place for everything you’d want at home. It features a large fridge-freezer combo, a dishwasher, and extra cabinet space under the salon floor.
The master bedroom has space for a 220×180 cm bed, a desk, and a large closet. It features 270-degree glass all around and private access to the aft platform/deck.
At the bow, you can create a guest cabin that’s almost as spacious as the master cabin, or opt for a double cabin or two twin cabins.
Thanks to the straight walls, you can also arrange standard furniture. This offers plenty of options, and it’s easy to rearrange the layout as desired.
Below deck is a 20 m² engine room/storage/workshop with 170 cm of headroom. This is something that’s usually missing on a vessel of this size and is truly a drawback when living aboard.
This vessel is, of course, very well insulated.
Designed for fully electric propulsion, power consumption at 13 km/h is around 17 kW. At the commonly enforced maximum speed of 9 km/h, power consumption will be less than 8 kW, with the standard battery pack providing a cruising time of 10 hours. Many battery upgrades are possible, as well as a range extender.
Thanks to the twin engines and bow thruster, combined with perfect all-around visibility, this vessel is very easy to maneuver.
It is possible to make the boat completely self-sufficient, meaning it does not require shore power or a water connection.
The hull is made of HDPE, which offers many advantages: indestructible, minimal maintenance, no corrosion, no condensation, no antifouling, no anodes, and no coating.
