Originally built around 1920, this Frisian Tjalk was converted into a motor cruiser in the 1970s.

The Indus is a charming 4-6 person Motortjalk. This Friesian Motortjalk is perfect for a cozy vacation on the water with friends or family. One of the biggest advantages of sailing this boat is that you can explore a large sailing area with a low clearance height and draft. Sailing is easy and quick to learn, and a boating license is not required.

In winter 2024-2025 the hull, superstructure and deck were painted and the propeller shaft, stern tube, propeller shaft bearings and grease pot were replaced.

The boat is equipped with a powerful Inboard diesel engine, bow thruster, refrigerator, 3-burner stove, 12 volt outlet, control seat, swim ladder, cushions .In addition, the Indus has 2 cozy cabins and toilet with sink on board.
