This houseboat is set up as a sail-making shop at a school in Sneek. Because the project will not be continued, the houseboat is no longer needed as a classroom.
5 years ago the roof was renewed and solar panels were added.
The concrete container is 14.20 meters long and cork dry. Total length of the houseboat is 16 meters.
The inventory of the sail-making shop is not for sale.
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
