Nice, spacious, solidly built Westerdijk Zeeschouw. The Zeeschouw is easy to sail itself due to the placement of the side sword clamps, the (new) self-tailing winches and the autopilot. In 2023-2024, the underwater hull and part of the hull were stripped bare and painted in a 2-component system.
Lowering the mast is very easy, with an electric winch.
The chores list: the salvage hull and access hatch may be stripped bare again and painted or left plain teak as desired.
The previous owner neatly put bitumen on the steel decks.
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
