The owner has performed extensive maintenance since 2022, including sandblasting the deck, superstructure, and cockpit and applying a 2K coating;
The top deck (synthetic teak deck) was installed in 2023, following sandblasting and application of a 2K primer; a fixed doghouse was installed in 2022, and the anchor locker hatch was fabricated from stainless steel.
A winter cover from 2022 covers the entire boat.
In addition, a great deal of maintenance and refurbishment was performed,
all of which has been extensively and clearly documented.
