Houseboats from HT Lofts are built by a very experienced Dutch houseboat builder. This boat is extremely suitable to be designed as a houseboat for permanent living but also a lovely spacious beautiful solid houseboat for recreation for own use or luxury rental. The size still fits easily in the larger harbor boxes.
Assurance: The warranty period is 2 years. The boat is registered at the land registry at the start of construction and the 1st part of the down payment is deposited in a third party account.
The boat is solidly built according to the current building code houses and the houseboat is CE-D approved as a vessel.Durable built with plastic frames.
The price quoted is for a complete houseboat with motor.
On the pictures you can see two different versions of the HT loft Special. One with 1 bedroom and one with 2 bedrooms. The boats are built according to the customer's wishes. The prices and options are indicative. But the pictures give a beautiful picture of the quality that this builder delivers.
On request, the boat can be built in other dimensions.
The price mentioned on our site is for the standard version. You can determine the layout yourself based on the dimensions of this boat. On request she can be built as an almost completely self-sufficient houseboat. (With solar panels).

Houseboat Description:
See layout for standard layout. Large living room with lots of windows and two separate bedrooms suitable for double beds with closet space and mirrors between the rooms. You enter the houseboat through a hallway with doors to the two bedrooms and to the luxurious bathroom. Kitchenette on corridor side is adjacent to the living room.
The kitchen and bathroom with shower 1000x 80, sliding door shower, sink, hanging toilet, sanibroyeur and towel heater is included in the price.
Completely maintenance-free trimaran Polyethylene floats with Steel galvanized frame size wide 4500 x long 13750
Construction with steel beams incorporated 70x70mm. These are covered with insulation and wooden beams for the walls. Walls are also insulated with 120mm insulation. Inside finished with wooden boards and wallpaper (painted).
Construction of the floor is Epdm, 12mm concrete plywood, insulation 120mm, vapor barrier and underlayment.
The roof has insulation pir Rc value of 4.4. The roof is finished with Epdm with edge trim.
The boat has front doors. And lots of light through the beautiful large windows.
The bedrooms have tilt/turn windows with screens.
The fresh water, waste water and balance tank are 450 liters and incorporated into the floats.
Underfloor heating and boiler of 80/100 liters are included.
The boat comes complete with fenders, mooring ropes, frogs, 2 x shore power connection.
In short, a complete boat for a great price.
