Beautifully riveted Zeeschouw Staveren 31 (ST 31) built in 1941 Former Fishing Zeeschouw and since 1964 as pleasure craft. In the 90's by Blom in Hindelopen provided with a steel cabin and self-draining cockpit. This gives the ST 31 a generous interior and exterior space. The ship has beautiful classic lines and there is everything on board to stay for a long time. easy to handle ship for this size and is fine to sail single handed. (Also under sail!)
The chimney is constantly maintained, is outside in a 2 component paint system, on deck and cabin 1 component paint system. In winter she is housed in a boathouse. Superstructure of cabin and cockpit are smart and solidly built making her easy to maintain.
Recent maintenance 2023: Underwater hull and fascia. propeller seal, mast and new mattresses cabin bed. Maintenance log is present.
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
