Description Classic Sailyacht Sea-Jipper II S-spant
The Aurora is an improved version of the design Sea-Jipper II with which Jaap Kraaier won a competition of the watersportsverbond in 1944 for a small cruiser yacht, suitable for the Zuiderzee. At the time, the Sea Jipper received high praise for her beautiful lines. The ship is composite built, the deck is made of 12 mm plywood with 12 mm teak parts screwed and glued on top.In 2000, the 3 cylinder Volvo diesel engine was installed. In 2007 the cabin was completely renewed. Shipyard: Ankersmid Doesburg. Builder: H.van Middelkoop. The Aurora is with number 12 one of the first yachts that became a member of the Vereniging Klassieke Scherpe Jachten (VKSJ) You can read the report in the photo gallery.
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
