The Reidroas was built in the 1980s by Mr. van der Eem in Easterein in Friesland.
The cockpit gives room for 6 people, the cabin gives room for luggage but is somewhat limited in dimensions.
Hull, frames and all painted parts Mahogany, keel beam oak, decks teak.
In 2021 the following work was carried out:
All paint parts stripped bare and provided with 6 layers; 2 layers of 2 component yacht varnish, 3 layers of 1 component yacht varnish and 1 layer of topcoat
The underwater ship was impregnated with injection resin, then provided with 2 layers of glass mats and 3 layers of epoxy. Then antifouling
The diesel engine and tank were removed and replaced by a 4 kW Water World electric drive equipped with a 240 kwh battery pack at 48 volts.
The boat is equipped with a cockpit tent plus a tarpaulin. The accompanying trailer is equipped with 4 new tires.
The total cost of conversion and refurbishment is available for inspection.
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
