The Lotus Houseboat 12XT is constructed as follows:
- Polyethylene floats, trimaran.
- Aluminum base frame.
- Wooden framework with glass wool insulation.
- Exterior walls and roof of SIP panels with 8cm PIR insulation.
- Roof, roof-wall connection, bottom-wall connection and around frame holes a wind and watertight shell of Polyurea.
- Fraké cladding with façade lighting.
- Interior walls of SIP panels with 4cm PIR insulation. Finished on both sides with a white HPL (easily removable).
- Plastic window frames with double glazing
- Spruce parquet floor
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
