This is a berth that consists of a water plot of over 10 wide, 15 long with a beautiful finger jetty next to it with an additional green headland of over 10 meters wide by 13 meters long; there is room next to the houseboat for one or two dinghies. The houseboat is fully furnished and barely used. Good sailing, 2 x stern and 2 x bow thruster, full solar panels 12 of them, pretty much self-sufficient.Two beautiful large double bedrooms with lots of storage space. The owners have chosen the finest materials in construction.

She is sustainably built on completely maintenance free plastic PE floats and a galvanized steel frame (June 2025 re-coated) with bumper. Timber frame construction with steel frame as superstructure. Strong composite decking parts (Profidek parts dark gray) on the front and rear deck (and side edge). On the outside, beautiful Platowood was chosen as cladding.
The bottom is fully insulated, as well as the floor and walls. The insulated low-maintenance walls are decorated inside with beautiful panelwood cladding which creates a very warm atmosphere in the boat.
