The Jeanneau Sunshine 36 'Evita' is a pleasant sailing family yacht with 3 spacious sleeping cabins. The boat is equipped with a shallow keel with integrated centerboard. This allows a large sailing area and makes her very suitable for shallow waters such as the Wadden Sea and the Frisian lakes, but also suitable for large open waters. The 'Evita' needs some attention all around. This consists mainly of exterior cleaning also of halyards and lines. There are also structural issues that need attention: the rudder blade must be renewed, the heating is present but not working, as well as the autopilot / autopilot. There is also a crack in the starboard window but it does not leak. The 'Evita' is a neat and complete ship with which you can sail away and has had 3 owners.
The interior is of varnished teak and the boat offers plenty of living space and storage options. The salon has a seating area with a folding table in the middle where the sword controls are mounted. To port is an L-shaped galley with top loading refrigeration and plenty of storage for provisions. Next to the starboard entrance is the navigation table. There are 6 berths in the three cabins and 4 additional berths in the salon. The wet room is on the port side next to the entrance to the forecastle.
