Originally built as a workboat, this vessel has been converted into a permanent houseboat. It is equipped with a toilet and a shower. Pictures of the bathroom will be added soon.
There is an engine on board, but its operation is currently unknown.
In 2021, the vessel was taken out of the water for a yard work. During this work, the plane thicknesses were checked and duplicated where necessary. The underwater hull was treated with tar, the deck was repainted and new roof sheeting was applied.
Presentation
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
