A Campi 400 in perfect condition with a great berth in Uitgeest! Suitable for personal use and/or rental. Rentals are handled through the marina, De Meerparel.
The owners have already invested heavily in this Campi 400. The electrical system has been completely overhauled, the water heater and inverter have been replaced, etc.
A refit was completed during the winter of 2025–2026. The flooring has been renewed and looks absolutely beautiful, and the kitchen has been completely refurbished. New roofing, including rubber tiles, was installed on June 22–24, 2026. Now the boat is in top condition!

A cozy Campi 400 with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. It was built in 2021 and is ideal for rental. It has been rented out for 4 years and features a special layout with 2 bedrooms, each containing a double bed (one of which is a pull-out bed). (see photos)
In consultation with the harbor master, the berth at the Meerparel in Uitgeest can be taken over—either for personal recreational use or for rental (through the Meerparel). Takeover of patio furniture is subject to agreement.
The price excludes VAT because a business buyer can still claim the VAT back. The price includes all options and the boat’s furnishings.
The boat has an electric water heater ( replaced in 2024), electric cooking appliances, and electric heaters. In 2022, the wooden staircase to the roof terrace was replaced with a new plastic staircase featuring wooden steps. The batteries were replaced with gel batteries in 2024.
On January 31, 2025, a new inverter was installed: the Victoria Energy EasySolar-II GX inverter.
The 9.9 engines were removed from the boat immediately upon purchase and have been in storage ever since. They were used only once to move the boat from the crane to its berth, so they are still as good as new.
