Warmly decorated Campi 400 with 2 bedrooms with 2 x double beds. She is from 2021 and very suitable for rental. She has been rented out for 3 years and has as special design 2 bedrooms with a (of which 1 extendable) 2 bed (see pictures).
In consultation with the harbor master, the berth at the Meerparel in Uitgeest can be taken over. For own recreational use or for rental (by and through the Meerparel).
The price is excluding VAT because a business buyer can still deduct the VAT. The price includes all options and furnishing of the boat.
The boat has an electric water heater, electric cooking and electric heaters. In 2022 the wooden stairs to the roof terrace were replaced with the updated plastic stairs with wooden steps. The batteries were replaced for Gel batteries in 2024.
January 31, 2025 a new inverter was installed, inverter Victoria energy EasySolar-II GX
The 9.9 motors were removed from the boat immediately upon purchase and have always been stored. So only used once for over sailing from the crane to the berth. So still as good as new.
