From mid-January 2026 this beautiful first-built "Flark" Prins Homeship with inboard engine, bow and stern thruster and 2 spud poles is for sale again. She has been used for many years as a B&B in downtown Groningen but has served last year as a pied å terre for the current owner who is sailing around the world and is leaving again this spring and therefore comes up for sale again!
She is currently for viewing near Sneek but will come to our sales marina at Goliath in Sneek in March 2026.

In May and resp September 2024 the Flark has been out of the water for an inspection and maintenance (a slipway, underwater ship treatment). Inspection report available.

This ship has CE certification pleasure craft CE-D.
This Prins Homeship 1325 has a unique monohull underwater hull and is considered a steel motor yacht with really good (professional) sailing characteristics with the comfort of a houseboat.
