The Dehler Optima 101 "Tipos" is a fast and comfortable cruising sailor known for its excellent cruising characteristics, solid German build quality and the design of E.G. van de Stadt. This model is still a reference in its class thanks to the very successful combination of performance, safety and comfort, both for coastal and inland waterways.

Built in 1985 by Dehler Yachtbau GmbH, this polyester sailing yacht is 10.10 meters long and 3.40 meters wide, with a draft of about 1.35 meters. This limited draft allows a wide cruising area, even in shallower areas. VAT has been paid and proof of this is available.

The interior is warm and functional, with Dehler's typical teak finish. The boat has two cabins and a saloon with four comfortable berths, with the possibility of sleeping up to six people. The aft cabin has a double bed and the front cabin also has a double bed. The saloon is spacious and practical with comfortable sofas and a table. The galley is well equipped and includes an Eno gas stove with three burners and oven, as well as a 12V compressor fridge from Coolmatic. The headroom is about 1.83 meters, which makes staying on board pleasant for a yacht of this size. There is also a wet cell with marine toilet.

Power is provided by an 18 hp Yanmar 2GM20 diesel engine. Major work has been done, including cylinder head overhaul and head gasket replacement, as well as work on the propeller shaft and related parts. The vessel has a 12V electrical system with service batteries and a starter battery, as well as a 220V shore power system.

Under sail, the Optima 101 is a balanced, pleasant and efficient sailing yacht. The sail wardrobe is complete and includes multiple sails, with a furling jib system and an appropriate level of deck equipment, including Lewmar winches. Navigation is supported by an instrument set (NX Seadata), a Sailor VHF radio with ATIS and the usual equipment.

Outside, the cockpit is spacious and well protected thanks to a spray hood, complemented by a cockpit tent. The yacht comes with complete equipment, including anchor with line, swim ladder, fenders and mooring ropes. The hull is epoxy coated by a professional boatyard, which reduces maintenance requirements and contributes to the protection of the hull.
