THE NORDIC NS 36 ECO 23 IS A VERY COZY COZY HOUSEBOAT WITH EXCELLENT SAILING CHARACTERISTICS AND VERY SUITABLE FOR 2 PEOPLE (PLUS 2). THE LUXURIOUS BATHROOM AND BEAUTIFUL FINISH OF THE BOAT ENSURE THAT THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY FALLS IN LOVE WITH THIS BOAT. CURRENTLY THERE ARE TWO DEMO COPIES AVAILABLE FROM 2025. The other demo has instead of a 30 HP engine a 20 HP. And that boat did not opt for a roof deck. This boat does. And this demo boat has a Hikvision security system chosen as an option.
Nordic Season offers several newly built 2025 demo boats. These fully equipped and well sailing and maintained DEMO boats, built in 2025, are located on a lake in Svencelé, Lithuania. The boats can stay in this beautiful tourist spot and be rented for you (with possibility of own use) or they can be delivered to your berth.

Nordic Season is a Finnish design and originated from two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of knowledge in building boats combined with the technology and experience in building houses.
The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing and able to withstand harsh winters. The Floats are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE),) with a notch at the bottom so that there is more grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built of aluminum making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The side decks make boating a lot safer than standard houseboats of this size.
Through the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness that you won't find anywhere else.
The houseboats are built using sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that lasts a very long time thanks to the water-based impregnating agents and on which a long warranty is issued.
The NS 36-23 consists of a fully equipped kitchen/bedroom and bathroom.

Steering console (in the living module) with a hydraulic steering system, chosen option lacquered wood steering wheel, electric switch panel with identification labels for navigation lights, a compass, a 12-volt cigarette lighter socket, usb socket, a box for electrical fuses with a DIN rail and standard rear view monitor system with camera.
