The 1965 spit-hole cutter Seld-Saam is a characterful and exceptionally solidly built ship of 12.85 meters long and 4.10 meters wide. The ship was originally built as a commercial vessel and equipped with an extra heavy gunwale. In her first life she sailed as a parlevinker under the name "LEO", which explains the robust build quality and practical layout.
In 1997, the vessel was professionally converted for permanent living, where comfort and authentic character were nicely balanced. With her classic lines and spacious open cockpit, it is an ideal boat for relaxed trips on inland waterways or as a sailing houseboat.
Inside you will find a warm classic interior with a comfortable headroom of about 2 meters, 4 berths, a shower and a toilet. The reliable 88 hp Mercedes diesel engine provides quiet and reliable propulsion with a maximum speed of about 15 km/h.
Thanks to the 2 solar panels and a 10 kW generator, the ship is also technically well equipped for longer independent stays on board.
An attractive and sturdy classic cutter with a special history, which combines operational reliability with living comfort - perfect for lovers of traditional sailing or a characterful sailing houseboat.
