Constructively very strong and sturdy built electric sailing houseboat by Dutch offshore shipbuilder from Werkendam. Equipped with an electric pot, very strong steel spud poles, generator, large tanks etc. This makes this houseboat suitable for many different purposes. Think for example of a movable port office in a harbor. Or as a reception object in a harbor or at an idyllic spot on or near a lake.
The houseboat is equipped with 2 bedrooms a separate shower room and separate toilet. She has an open kitchen with nice sitting bar and a living area.
The Aquahome is a boat and has a CE-D approval. She meets the European CE directives and has a sophisticated concept of a steel catamaran and a standard superstructure.
For many years this Aquahome has been rented out in Werkendam as a B&B. The last few years she has been used as a home in Warten, where she can be viewed from now on. But soon she will be sailed to our sales marina in Sneek.
She has her own diesel generator 10kw and a solar panel set.
