Additional Information:
The boat was built at the time with two 16 amp shore connections. Only the first connection is in use. This is for lighting, kitchen and the water heater. By means of a combination regulator (preference switch), the stove and the outlet above the kitchen sink get priority over the water heater.
The other connection was originally for (not optimal) underfloor heating but it was removed when a new floor was laid. The connection is now paired with two additional outlets. Should there be only 1 shore power connection then everything is linked together. With preference as follows:
1 kitchen 2 water heater 3 additional outlets linked to the electric radiators.
In the boat are for the winter 2 electric heaters. 1 x 1500 W. and 1x 750 W)

Drain from the toilet runs through a sanibroyeur and comes out under the aft deck (hatch next to spiral staircase) where the water connection is also located. A heat tape is installed for this to prevent freezing.

Drainage of gray water goes directly outside but can be connected to black water drainage if necessary without much extra work and low cost.
