Charming and solidly built Gillissenvlet with a beautiful yard timbered interior.

The price is friendly because it needs some work. The rubbers around the windows leak and may be replaced or adapted by an aluminum profile, because of the leakage some paneling must be renewed under the windows.
Furthermore, the interior and upholstery is clean. Nice boat for the Gillissen lovers.
