Nordic Season is offering several newly built demo boats from 2025. These fully equipped, well-maintained, and excellent-sailing demo boats, built in 2025, are moored on a lake in Svencelé, Lithuania. However, this project is being discontinued because the boats can only be used for a maximum of 2 months per year at this location. That is why this huge discount is now available.

Nordic Season is a Finnish design created by two professional companies that together have over 20 years of experience in shipbuilding, combined with technology and expertise in home construction. Nordic Season is known for its professionalism, craftsmanship, excellent service, and quality.
The houseboats are built to Finnish standards . Sturdy, solid, easy to navigate, and built to withstand harsh winters. The floats are made of polyethylene with a notch on the underside to provide better grip on the water while sailing. The frame is constructed of aluminum, making the houseboat easy and light to maneuver. The side rails make sailing much safer than with standard houseboats of this size.
Thanks to the use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness you won’t find anywhere else.
Sustainability and eco-friendly production are top priorities in its construction. All materials used are recyclable.
The floats are made of polyethylene. This version features the large CE-C floats as an optional extra.

Starting in 2025, the Nordic houseboats will have more interior space thanks to a higher ceiling—20 cm of additional headroom.
The living area is 36 m2
The foredeck is 9 m2
The aft deck is 6.5 m2
The walls are insulated to a thickness of 122 mm, the floor to 102 mm, and the roof to 80 mm
Since 2023, the standard model has included a sturdy aluminum frame with insulated windows, double-paned, security-tinted glass , and sun protection. The front section slides open onto the patio. The beautiful round wooden windows are handmade and a true testament to craftsmanship. The round window in the bathroom can be opened.
Hull: 10 mm thick polyethylene (PE), black, UV-resistant, standard HDPE 69 cm high. However, this boat has CE-C floats, which are 100 cm high.
Rainwater drainage system from the roof, beautifully integrated into the boat’s exterior walls.
Exhaust/ventilation system in each cabin
Bathroom amenities: hot and cold water, shower panel, sink with mirror, stainless steel drain, mixer faucet, electric toilet with macerator, and electric towel warmer.
