The Victoire 34 is an excellently maintained and exceptionally well-built sailing yacht, designed by Dick Koopmans Sr. This design has long been renowned for its safe handling, comfortable performance at sea, and high-quality construction. In het schip klunnen stevige zeekooien worden gemaakt. De planken hiervan liggen opgeborgen achter de rugleuning van de langsbanken.
In de Victoire 1044 zit op de korte kant van de hoekbank een leuning, op de victoire 34 zit dat niet. De eigenaars hebben daar een afneembare achterleuning voor laten maken. Op zee kan die op het bed voorin worden gelegd om de zeekooi aan Bakboord kant te kunnen gebruiken.
Er zit een bevestiging in de kuip waar een tafeltje in kan worden geschoven. Het tafeltje ligt in de bakskist.
Ongeveer 10 jaar geleden hebben de eigenaars de matrassen in de voorpunt vervangen door kwalitatief hoogwaardige matrassen op een lattenbodem.

Er is een slang aan de onderkant van de dieseltank gemonteerd. Deze loopt onder de motor door naar voren. Met een afsluiter op het eind kun je af en toe even wat diesel onderuit de tank aftappen, op viezigheid controleren en via de nylonkous terug gieten.
De vulopening voor diesel is van het gangboord verplaatst naar de bakskist. Met een opschroefbare rvs trechter kan onder alle weersomstandigheden probleemloos worden getankt.
